Phylloscopus tristis collybita
Yesterday the river Magro (Catadau) was one of those in which the early start, the network incurs mounting, movement, and others are clearly compensated.
And, to take part a good number of birds, neither more nor less than one hundred forty-three passed through our hands, we captured what we read in the Input: a fly Siberian ( collybita Phylloscopus tristis , Siberian warbler) .
Here some photos of the bird in question, which is pretty funny.

Back, neck and pileus gray, not green dyes (some copies may have the rump with a tinge of olive green)
Some birds, like the one that caught us may have some green in the flight feathers (primary and secondary)
The brow and cheeks are exempt from yellow, with light brown highlights. The general appearance of the bird is dull and gray.
And while not as spectacular, here are some pictures of other birds that we caught:

The Athena Buhito
other name would be acceptable to our owls (Athene noctua, Little Owl). According to the representations of ancient Greece this little owl appears to accompany the goddess of wisdom and, therefore, ended by representing it.
Yesterday, I finally had the chance to see one in hand. Well, the first lame vivo. This abundant prey at night (and especially for my area) tend to end their days hit (a real sorry). So yesterday was a meeting much more enjoyable for everyone.
One pass of birds, with a look surprising (and surprised!). Hopefully not the last lame, if not the beginning of a long series of meetings.

Real Coyote Tooth Necklace
prenuptial Step
We release month and with it comes the height of the step prenup. April is one of those months you never know what you can find in the field. Species appear in places that do not "stick" to anything or just do not expect species will find yourself in these latitudes (so-called rarities).
also
the time to observe these birds are only nourish land during their migration y. therefore, the only time of year where we can enjoy them. Is the case for many shorebirds, raptors and many passerine.
When you leave a ring, this time of change increases the excitement when networks go by what will be. These days we have been ringed in orange and we hehco a visit to the Magro river. Believe it or not, the orange is an excellent place to catch species in step. They are a haven for many birds and are a place to rest on their nocturnal migration.
So these days he has smiled a little luck and we ringed birds than just "passing by" when we assemble networks.
Here some pictures of the species concerned.
Mosquitero papialbo ( Phylloscopus Bonelli , Western Bonelli's warbler) April 3, La Pobla de Farnals
