Today I finally decided to take notice and update. In fact, as I tried to tell something about the conference, but I went out and did not quite know what to write. Please try to see how it goes.

As you may already know the bridge last December (from 4 to 8) was the XX National Congress of Ornithology in Tremp (Lleida) . After talking a bit and get organized, and there I went with my usual birding companions (Jana Marco, Guille Mayor and Julio Meraz).

The next day was devoted to Congress and take a walk along the river near the village. the last day, much to my regret, between the Assembly of banders and other things I could not even sniff the field, I and July. The most notable one ferruginous duck (Aythya ferruginea, Ferruginous duck) and gorged. After seeing the shot (unsuccessful) of a hawk (Accipiter nisus, Sparrowhawk) a collared dove (Streptopelia decaocto , Collared dove) started the way back to Valencia and Alicante.
